Finn's Manufacturing Ltd. has grown over the past few years due to continued support from your company and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you and update you on our capacity and capabilities.  We recently expanded our Heavy Welding capabilities and now offer our own line of substructures, Derricks (Tele-double) & Draw Works (700hp) for the Alberta Drilling Industry.

 

Our shop capacity has greatly increased allowing us to take on larger projects and serve you better.  The newest 30' x 130' Shop Addition gives us a total shop floor area of over 10,000 sq ft with Overhead Crane capabilities of 20 Tonne.  We have also added a 10' x 20' CNC Plasma & Torch Cutting Table housed in our main shop.  We are able to produce computerized 'Shop Drawings' based on computer designs in-house and have Professional Engineering on retainer for those projects which require Engineering Certification.

 

We would also like to inform you that Finn's Manufacturing Ltd. is Certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau for CSA Standard W47.1 specializing in Structural, Fabrication & Welding.  This certification gives you the piece of mind knowing that engineered procedures are being followed for all your welding projects.

 

In addition to the above information, we also have:

 

Manual Lathes that allow us to swing up to 100" in diameter

 

2 BFT 80 union boring mills with 3" spindles & 1 BFT 100 union boring mill with a 4" spindle

 

Manual & CNC Milling & Turning Capability
